Welcome to Tradiius — www.tradiius.shop. We specialize in exporting and supplying high-quality auto parts. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of terms
By using tradiius.shop and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the website.
Orders & purchases
All orders placed through the website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are shown in EGP and may change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed via email or SMS.
Shipping & delivery
We deliver to all Egyptian governorates. Delivery time typically ranges from 2–7 business days depending on location. Shipping fees will be determined when we confirm your order via phone or WhatsApp based on location and weight. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Payments
We accept cash on delivery and online payments via credit/debit cards. All financial transactions are secure and encrypted. For online payments, the amount will be charged once the order is confirmed.
Returns & exchanges
Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused and in original packaging. Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or security reasons. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.
Warranty
All parts we sell come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary by product type and brand. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to ensure the information on the website is accurate, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Egyptian law. Any dispute arising from using the website or purchasing products will be resolved under the laws of Egypt and the competent Egyptian courts.

If no satisfactory solution is reached, you may escalate to Egyptian Consumer Protection or the competent courts in Gharbia Governorate, Egypt.
